- Developed a script to auto generate and send customer meter reminder emails. Utilized cloud endpoints to reference image files easily through html plain text. (Python (smtplib,ssl), HTML, Amazon S3)

- Wrote many scripts to ensure that Insightly's (Customer Relationship Management Platform) organisation IDs have a one-to-one relationship with customers in our in-house SQL server. This field did not exist prior and is needed for many reasons. One of these reasons includes another project I'm working on involving updating customer machine information every month in Insightly for the purpose of marketing email strategies. (Python, Insightly API 3.0, SQL)

- Developed scripts to perform the cloud migration of thousands of company files from a Treeno Server into an in-house system. (Python, Windows)

- Developed a GUI helper utility to generate PaperCut import files. (C#)

- Developed a GUI printer driver prototype for Savin Multi-Function machines capable of scanning networks, installing machines, changing useful settings, and updating address book information using simple object access protocol. Currently debugging and maintaining through Alpha Testing with clients. (C#, .NET Windows Forms App)

- Developed software to read data tables from various sources for desired information that is then processed accordingly to perform essential database tasks. (Python, SQL)

- Developed software to detect specific alert emails and utilize their information to perform database tasks to facilitate automatic ordering. (Python, SQL)

- Developed software to autonomously download CSV files from Canon’s Universal Gateway. The files are then extracted, opened, and parsed for specific information that is then inserted into the company database. (Python, SQL)

- Remote support for clients to re-establish scan to email/ scan to folder/ printing.
